Traditional partner dances are based on the assumption that a man leads the woman who follows. He decides, She obeys. This cán make sense, also be sensual, bút there can be much more!
In mystic wisdom masculine and feminine polarities are extensively recognized in all of us, and in shamanism nondual consciousness of polarity is the portal to healing, to unity and oneness.
Here we practice energetic leadership of a safe proces of surrendering to the inner dance.

Every dance meeting begins with a gentle landing, followed by physical and meditative movement exercises for a grounded connection with your inner.

Guided by sensory and playful physical and energetic exercises we gradually align to an activated energetic awareness to each other's true inner movement while dancing.
Throughout the whole dance workshop, we open up
to sense what we usually miss by holding on to
dance styles, steps, methods and modalities.
